Paige Spiranac surprised her followers on Friday when she returned to social media with a completely different hairstyle, sharing a selfie that showed off her curly hair and new bangs. The photo appeared only on her X account, where she has stayed active despite stepping away from Instagram for more than three months.
She kept her caption simple, writing, “Life update. I have bangs now.”
Recent Warning To Followers

Her new look came just days after she reminded fans to be cautious of fake accounts pretending to be her. In a video posted to X, she urged followers to avoid anyone claiming to be her on unverified platforms.
“Hi, just as a very friendly reminder, I only have my verified social media accounts,” Paige Spiranac said.
“I do not have a Telegram or a Google Hangout or anything like that at all. I’m not playing online chess or ‘Words with Friends’ and if anyone is reaching out claiming to be a friend of mine or family or an agent or a manager, ignore them. They are scammers and impersonators.”
She continued, “There are so many out there. Just please be super aware and if anything seems fishy, that means that it is fishy. So, just report and block all impersonators.”
A Difficult Few Months
Spiranac maintains millions of followers across X, Instagram, and TikTok, but recent months have been challenging. She stepped back from social media following controversy at a golf influencer tournament, which led to a wave of hostility and harassment.
In November, she revealed she had received “tens of thousands of death threats” since the tournament’s final match. “The last week and a half is probably the worst hate I’ve ever received in the 10 years of me doing this,” she said on Instagram.
“I’m talking tens of thousands of death threats, people telling me to kill myself. The most vile, horrendous stuff you could ever say to an individual that’s been in my DMs to the point where we were discussing me having to potentially get a restraining order. I mean, it’s serious stuff. It’s not easy, and it hasn’t been easy.”
Taking Time Away From Golf

She explained in a recent YouTube video that she had not played golf “in a very long time” and felt she needed distance from the sport to regroup.
