Green Bay Packers’ offensive tackle David Bakhtiari fires back at Jimmy Kimmel for labeling his teammate Aaron Rodgers a “tinfoil-hatter.”

Date:

Rodgers recently made headlines for completing a rigorous four-day darkness retreat, sparking intrigue and fascination among fans and skeptics alike.

David Bakhtiari, an offensive lineman for the Green Bay Packers, stood up for his fellow teammate Aaron Rodgers after the latter became the subject of Jimmy Kimmel’s monologue. Kimmel had poked fun at Rodgers for his recent appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show,” during which he discussed the possibility of UFOs being shot down amidst the Chinese spy balloon scandal.

“Needless to say, this talk of UFOs has set off a frenzy among the conspiracy theorists, with some like Aaron Rodgers from the Green Bay Packers joining the fray,” remarked Kimmel, before airing a clip of Rodgers discussing the possibility of Jeffrey Epstein’s client list being released during an appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show.”

Kimmel then added a witty remark, suggesting that perhaps Rodgers needed to be checked for a concussion given his far-fetched theories.

“If you’re on the Jeffrey Epstein client list, just say you’re on the Jeffrey Epstein client list…”

In response to the clip, Bakhtiari quipped, “If you’re on the Jeffrey Epstein client list, just say you’re on the Jeffrey Epstein client list…”

Over the past couple of years, Rodgers has gained notoriety for sharing some unconventional opinions. In 2021, he sparked controversy when he publicly stated that he would not take the coronavirus vaccine.

More recently, Rodgers opened up about his NFL career aspirations and revealed details about his four-day darkness retreat during an appearance on “The Aubrey Marcus Podcast.”

According to Rodgers, “It’s important for anyone with a vested interest in my future to make a decision sooner rather than later.”

The quarterback had previously mentioned that his recent four-day darkness retreat was aimed at reflecting on his future and making decisions that aligned with his personal happiness.

At present, it remains uncertain whether Rodgers will continue with the Packers, explore opportunities with other teams, or consider retirement as a viable option.
