Adriana Lima’s $15.99M Los Angeles Fortress Hits the Market A Supermodel’s High-Tech Brentwood Escape

Date:

Adriana Lima, one of the world’s most recognizable supermodels, has officially listed her ultra-secure Los Angeles estate for a striking $15.99 million. The Brazilian beauty, 44, and her husband, film producer Andre Lemmers III, purchased the Brentwood property just three years ago for $12.35 million.

Now, the couple is cashing out, leaving behind a modern fortress that comes with Hollywood glamour, high-end furnishings, and even laser-beam security.

Security Fit for Royalty

The 7,400-square-foot home comes loaded with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, plus a one-bedroom, one-bathroom guesthouse. After moving in, the couple invested heavily in protection, installing an AI-powered camera system, automated laser beams, and even hiring a 24-hour patrol to keep the property secure.

“It’s rare to find 120 feet of frontage north of Sunset, and it makes the whole house feel more open. The backyard gets great sun all afternoon and has plenty of space for entertaining. You can buy it fully furnished, right down to the high-end kitchenware, so it’s completely move-in ready, perfect for a family that wants a fresh start,” said listing agent Paul Salazar of Compass.

Modern Luxury and Outdoor Living

Inside, guests are greeted by a sweeping staircase and towering glass walls that open into seamless indoor-outdoor living spaces. The estate offers a private movie theater, a swimming pool, a fire pit, and an outdoor kitchen designed for entertaining.

Salazar added: “Upstairs, there’s a huge deck with access from both the primary suite and the upstairs landing, with floor-to-ceiling glass sliders that open all the way for that seamless indoor-outdoor flow. It was designed with beautiful plants and high-end furniture so it feels like your own private Restoration Hardware rooftop.”

Why They’re Leaving

Despite its comforts, Lima and Lemmers revealed to The Wall Street Journal that work obligations on the East Coast made it difficult to hold on to their West Coast retreat.

“Too much of our personal time was taken away by being on the other side of the country and longer travels,” Lima and Lemmers explained.

Adriana Lima’s Career in the Spotlight

Lima’s career began with a splash in 1997, walking the runway for Anna Sui during New York Fashion Week alongside Naomi Campbell. But it wasn’t until 2000 that she achieved international stardom after becoming a Victoria’s Secret Angel.

As one of the lingerie giant’s most celebrated models, Lima became one of only two Angels, alongside Heidi Klum to wear the brand’s Fantasy Bra three times.

Reflecting on her rise, Lima once said: “I remember the first casting like it was yesterday, and I never thought that I would achieve that much in my life. I remember when I got a call – the confirmation to be in the show – it was in the year 2000…I was so happy and I did not know from that phone call that my life changed completely.”

She eventually retired her wings in 2018, the same year she made her feature film debut in the star-studded movie Ocean’s 8.

A New Chapter

Beyond her career, Lima’s personal life has been equally eventful. In August 2022, she and Lemmers welcomed their son, Cyan. That December, she revealed on Instagram that the couple had tied the knot, sharing a photo of their interlocked hands with wedding bands, writing “officially Mrs Lima Lemmers.”

She is also mom to two daughters, Valentina and Sienna, from her previous marriage to former NBA star Marko Jarić.

For now, the couple is saying goodbye to their Brentwood haven, leaving behind a fully furnished slice of Los Angeles luxury complete with AI security, resort-style amenities, and plenty of star power.
