Fresh pressure has landed on Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor after millions of newly unsealed Epstein documents revealed compromising photos of the former prince, prompting U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer to call for him to testify before Congress.
The latest release includes several images taken years ago. Two photos show Mountbatten-Windsor crouched low, his hand resting on the stomach of an unidentified woman as he looks down at her. Another shows him on his knees with his hands placed on either side of her body, staring directly at the camera. The photos, released on January 30, quickly reignited questions about his past associations.
Starmer Says Andrew Should Cooperate

Starmer voiced his position over the weekend, making clear that cooperation is essential.
“In terms of testifying, I have always said anybody who has got information should be prepared to share that information,” Starmer said.
He went further, stressing the importance of prioritizing those who came forward with allegations.
“You can’t be victim-centered if you’re not prepared to do that,” he continued. “Epstein’s victims have to be the first priority.”
Titles Removed After Growing Scrutiny
Mountbatten-Windsor had already stepped back from public life before formally giving up his titles last October.
The palace later announced that King Charles “initiated a formal process to remove the Style, Titles and Honours of Prince Andrew.”
The decision marked one of the most dramatic royal disciplinary actions in recent decades, following years of allegations and escalating public pressure.
New Photos Spark More Calls For Testimony

Democrats on the House Oversight Committee released the newly surfaced images last week. Lawmakers had already urged Mountbatten-Windsor to testify last November, shortly after his titles were revoked.
Another set of photos, released December 19, shows him lying across the laps of five individuals whose faces were blacked out, while Ghislaine Maxwell and another unidentified person stand behind them, their faces also obscured.
Emails Reportedly Link Andrew And Epstein
People magazine previously reported that evidence included an email Epstein sent in March 2011 to someone listed as “The Duke,” believed to be Andrew, who at the time held the title Duke of York. While the photographs do not show Andrew with Epstein directly, the materials have fueled ongoing questions about the nature and extent of their relationship.
Andrew Faces Longstanding Allegations

The former prince has long denied accusations brought by Virginia Giuffre, who alleged she was forced to have sex with him three times, including when she was 17. Giuffre filed a lawsuit, and the case was settled out of court in 2022 without Andrew acknowledging wrongdoing.
The renewed release of documents, photos, and historical communications has intensified scrutiny once again, placing mounting pressure on Mountbatten-Windsor as investigators and lawmakers seek transparency.
