Hunter Biden, referred to by President Joe Biden as the “smartest guy” he knows, reportedly deducted tens of thousands of dollars in payments made to prostitutes and a sex club from his taxes, as disclosed by an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) whistleblower testifying before the House Ways and Means Committee. The revelations shed light on potential misconduct and government abuse surrounding the president’s son.
Allegations of Preferential Treatment
During a press conference, Committee Chairman Jason Smith (R-Mo.) announced that two IRS whistleblowers have come forward with evidence suggesting preferential treatment and government misconduct concerning Hunter Biden. The claims include alleged intervention and obstruction of the criminal investigation into his activities.
The unnamed second IRS whistleblower, interviewed on June 1, revealed details of Hunter Biden’s alleged attempts to obtain tax breaks for his controversial behavior. The whistleblower stated, “Some of the items that he deducted were personal no-show employees.
He deducted payments that were made to who he called his West Coast assistant, but she was essentially a prostitute.”
The investigation, initiated in November 2018, was prompted by bank reports linking Hunter Biden to payments made to individuals associated with a potential prostitution ring.
Financial Transactions and Club Memberships
The whistleblower highlighted specific financial transactions, including an $18,000 wire transfer to an individual, with $8,000 designated as wages and $10,000 as a “golf club member deposit.” It was later confirmed that the $10,000 payment was related to a sex club. Moreover, a payment of $25,000 labeled as a “golf membership” was traced to a sex club membership in Los Angeles.
Testimony from Club Founder
Damon Lawner, founder of the exclusive Beverly Hills sex club Snctm, disclosed in a now-deleted Instagram post that Hunter Biden was once a member. He further remarked, “Hunter was a member at Snctm and I canceled his membership after 1 party because he’s a scumbag.” Lawner confirmed his decision and stated that Hunter Biden’s behavior, including inappropriate actions towards women, warranted his expulsion.

Mann Act Violations
The IRS whistleblower indicated that Hunter Biden’s expenditures extended to payroll for certain individuals, including those involved in the prostitution world. Expenses related to his “West Coast assistant” were deducted, as she was linked to the sex club.
The whistleblower also mentioned instances of interstate travel, where flight tickets and hotel expenses were covered. These actions potentially violated the Mann Act, a law prohibiting the transportation of individuals for immoral purposes.
Hunter Biden allegedly expensed his encounters with prostitutes through Owasco P.C., a company where he served as Director since its incorporation in 2006.
